Very well-made and sturdy, easy to maneuver
I was very impressed with the quality of this product considering the reasonable price. It arrived fully assembled except for the foot rests, which I didn’t even need so for me it was usable straight out of the box. Shipping was fast and everything was intact when it arrived. This chair is just the right size for maneuvering around a house with wide doorways, the only doorway it will not go through is a standard size door. It is lighter and seems a bit smaller than standard wheelchairs, but I don’t know if I would call it lightweight. But I suppose it would be a lot easier to get into the trunk of a car than a standard full-size wheelchair. It’s very maneuverable, it can turn on a dime which is great if you’re using it in your house where you don’t have a great deal of space to turn around. Highly recommend. Footnote: I forgot to add in my original review that the texture of the wheel that you use to operate the wheelchair is a little rough. I ended up having to wear fingerless gloves on my left hand after a few days. I suppose this is done to maximize your grip and I noticed that the grips on my walker are the same. I also had to adapt the walker handles with a cushion cover. However, this is really the only negative comment I have and it is for the manufacturers. This feature would not prevent me from purchasing this wheelchair.

Quality and affordability
I am marvelling at the quality of this chair. It cost less than our monthly internet/phone bill. We used it today, and it performed flawlessly. It's going to be such a help in the months ahead, getting an ill family member to appointments. It's reasonably light, so I'm able to get it into the car without too much trouble. I think if you're needing something like this, this one won't disappoint.

My experience using this wheelchair. Pros and cons.
I injured my ankle and, while I can walk short distances, long ones are an issue and will be for quite a while as I heal. I had tickets to a live show that I bought months ago. That involved way more walking than I could do. I had been considering buying a wheelchair for my older sister who has mobility issues so, when I saw this one for under $100, I figured I would use it for the show and any other challenging situations that come up while I heal plus we would have it for my sister when she needed it. It did come completely assembled except for the leg rests. That's good because my husband dreads assembling stuff. It is blue but not garish. The seat is 18" which is plenty for me (135 pounds) but my heavier sister (160ish pounds) would be more comfortable in a 20" although she still can use this chair. We went to the show last week and the chair folded fine and unfolded without a hitch. The seat wasn't the most comfortable. I am going to buy a pad for it for whoever uses it in the future. Pushing the chair was easy and I was quickly able to use it myself although I never have been wheelchair bound. It rolls smoothly especially inside. The brakes work and kept the chair from moving. I don't think they would be strong enough to keep it from rolling down a steep hill or in a similar situation but they were fine for keeping the chair in place on a flat surface or small incline. During the middle of the show, one of the footrests flew to the side. It got wiggly and hard to manage. I think this is more about how my husband attached the footrest than the chair itself. He didn't have the tool - or any tool - to fix it so I had to deal with it. It would not have been problem even for someone completely wheelchair bound, just a small annoyance, When my husband pushed me uphill on cement to the parking garage, it jostled me around quite a lot and the wheels skipped a bit. Not much but he did notice as did I. The chair folded down with ease and fit fine in the back of the car. Since then, we have taken my sister to the lake using the chair. She has severe balance issues and numbness in her feet and legs. It was a godsend to have the chair. Again we did notice that, on gravely areas, the wheels tended to skip a bit. Otherwise, the only complaint was that the seat was a bit uncomfortable. That can be rectified. One thing about this chair that my sister mentioned was that the leg rests don't move up or down. They are fixed in the down position so a short person's feet may not reach or someone who wants or needs to elevate their legs, can't. I have sat in lots of wheelchairs in the hospital and rented one a while back when I had a back issue. This one doesn't feel like the hospital ones. They feel a lot sturdier but, at the same time, bulkier. This is good for maneuvering around and fitting into smaller spots. For at home use, I think this chair is fine. I am not sure that I would recommend it for someone who is wheelchair bound and needs to be in it all day and night. I think a better quality and slightly roomier one may be best. But for those who need a chair for an injury or issue and use it on as needed basis or inside where there is no tough turf, it is fine. It would have cost me $35 to rent a chair for the night. This chair was $95 to buy and have for good. There is no contest that buying was the best option. For the price point, I feel this chair is fine. It is well made and both my sister and I felt safe in it. I am going with 4 stars. It isn't made for tough or gravely turf and I definitely would not perch it on a steep hill and trust the brakes but, in general, it is a great value if you don't need the footrests to elevate. **** Pics are not attaching. I will try again in a few days.

Good Product, Great Price
This is a great wheelchair! The price is Fantastic! We looked at mobility stores that sell medical equipment, but the prices were much higher. It is well-made & sturdy. You just take it out of the box and attach the foot pedals. It is a bit heavy, so if you’re older a lighter chair should be your choice. Also, it fits in the back of our Outback.

Portable, Lightweight, and Durable
A great wheelchair for the pricepoint! It folds up perfectly to fit in small spaces like the trunk or back of my car with little effort and can be lifted in and out of a vehicle by one person. It handles very smoothly, even in tight spaces. I've had this wheelchair for over a year now and have been using it for a few hours each day and it has held up great. If you're going to be in it for a while, I would recommend adding a foam pad to the seat for tailbone relief, but other than that, I have no complaints.

If you find ourself needing a wheelchair... this one is quite good!
Very sturdy, easy to push, comfortable, folds well, looks nice. Not fun to have to be in a wheelchair... but... this one is good if you do need it. We even have used it on quite a bit of uneven terrain while traveling and it held up amazingly well. We learned to go backwards if there were bumps ahead so I didn't eject my dad out of it. We purchased the "used" option to save some money and it looked fully new! Huge box!

I've used 3 different wheel chairs during my 6 month stay in hospital and a loaner after discharge for couple months. This wheel chair exceeds all expectations. I love the easy side guards that swing back easily with a gentle movement of release lever. The wheel tires are very hard and roll easily. I weigh 300 pounds and there is no flexing of wheel chair over uneven terrain. the only thing missing is a cup holder and cell phone holder but that was an easy fix. There is a very useful pocket on the back of seat for carrying small goodies. And the best thing of all. It was a very reasonable price. Far less than the disabled equipment stores want that start at $1200 and climb up from there. Also folds up very easily for putting into trunk or back seat of your automobile. it weighs about 40 pounds which is a little heavy but manageable. I love the color options and I picked blue . Has an upbeat look to it . it is very well designed ergonomically. I needed a little wider because the common 18 inch feels a little too tight so I ordered the 20 inch and it's perfect. Has enough room to slide a drink bottle beside your hip if needed. UPDATE: I've used this wheel chair for several months now. this is a great wheel chair. it has several features I really like , arm rests that can be moved up and away so easily, light weight, strong (I'm 335 pounds) so easy to fold up and stuff into the car trunk and transport. foot rest positioning is great and so easy to install and remove. There is only one down side which I resolved. ..The wheels were too close to side of chair so I got longer bolts and shimmed each side out one inch. I have big hands and I found they were getting pinched. I do not recommend to do this as it could jeopardize the safety features of this chair possibly. , but in my case it was a must do to make it useable for me. I see no issue for people with average size hands. Thank yo AMAZON for listing this chair on your site
