RV Shocker Strong Odor Eliminator for Camper & Trailer

Due to faulty circuit breaker, we lost power in the basement where I had my second refrigerator. All the stuff in the freezer rotted before we could find out. We threw out all the stuff, but the smell was unbearable. I cleaned the freezer with disinfectant so many times but with no improvement. I even took my refrigerator outside and kept it open in the hot sun with sun light falling inside the freezer for 3 days, but that did not help with the smell either. I did a home remedy by keeping with a cut lemon and some Cloves in the freezer for few days, it did help with bringing the smell down by about 20%, but still the freezer was unusable due to the unacceptable level of smell. I was trying to find a solution or else will have to trash the refrigerator. On searching on google, I found this product and then watched few videos on youtube of people using it. I decided to give it a try and if it does not work, then throwing the refrigerator was the only other option. My expectations were that it will reduce the smell considerably, but I will have to deal with a low level smell for the rest of the life of the refrigerator. On receiving the product, I took the refrigerator out of the basement and kept it on the Patio and then put in the product as per instructions. I kept it for 24 hours (as I was not in a hurry and was just wanting to let the product remain inside the freezer for a long time). When I opened the freezer the next day, the was no trace of the smell, it was as if nothing had ever happened, I could not see any residue from the vapors of this product and freezer was like new. I wiped the interior with a wet cloth and then brought the refrigerator back into the basement and it is now as clean as new. I usually don't write such long reviews, but I felt as I got this product from other peoples reviews in youTube, it might help someone dealing with rotten odor issue and searching for a solution.

I used biocide system rv to try and get the mothball smell out of the trailer from the last owner. After washing everything down with vinegar water and it was still there. I am bothered by things that smell. So I tried this stuff. I didn’t have a garage big enough for my trailer so I started it after the sun went down. Yes the instructions tell you to put it in a garage! (To keep it out of the sun) Most people are not going to have a garage large enough to put there trailer or rv in. I have about 16’ of living space in my toy hauler separated from the back part, so much smaller then the rated size for this product. After letting it work all night it smelled a little tiny bit like chlorine but I could still smell the mothballs just as before. This product did nothing. I’m renting a rug doctor to clean the couch and bed, I think that will be way more effective. Hard surfaces you can clean the smell off, so after scrubbing those including ceiling, the only thing left if the fabric stuff. We had some strong mouse smell in our RV (not a dead mouse, but mouse poop and urine, yuck). We tried a few disinfectant products which helped a bit but not totally. We tried the Biocide shocker since it was based on a gas (instead of liquid) and thought it would have a better chance of penetrating to the hard-to-access smelly areas. We left it in there for the full 24 hours. Gosh, it worked great! There was only a very faint residual smell like a chlorine swimming pool but we aired out the RV and it smells fresh again. This is one of the rare products that actually works really well. Highly recommend.

Bought this to use in used class A camper. The smell could not be found - there is a lingering smell from the product that is fading. Time will tell if smell comes back.

Some smells like rat infestations are hard to eliminate but this works pretty well at neutralizing the stink. The customer service is incredible if you have any concerns they promptly replace the product! Nice staff !

I’ll preface that my expectations may have been a bit high or wishful. This product works just not as well as I hoped it would. I bought it for an Audi A4 I got cheap because it needed some head work, but worst of all mice got into the interior. The nests have been cleared from the car, I used a “cheap” ozone generator a couple of times. But the smell still lingers. Found out about Chlorine Dioxide for odor removal. And bought this. Followed directions to the T, and gave it 24hours. Just went out to let the car air out, and the car does smell a lot better, I could even probably sit in the car for more than a few minutes now. But the hint of mouse still exists. Maybe a second application would kill it all. While it didn’t totally kill the smell like promised, I am overall impressed with this product. I will most likely use this on my daily driven Ram to kill the remains of my previous smoking habit.

I was nervous to use this product for fear the chlorine smell would linger but it didn't after airing out and all the weird VOC smells in our camper were gone after! Even our bedding came inside after camping trips without absorbing camper odors. We did a shocker a year ago and smell is starting to come back, so we will be doing another again soon.

I scanned the code and followed directions exactly step by step. Idk what happened 10 minutes ago but I put the container with the white packet (that was shaken to mix ingredients) on a plate in the center of my vehicle. I then opened everything as instructed. I ensured vehicle was sealed. I then got out of the vehicle and dumped the provided cup of cold tap water into the container. It popped several times which I wasnt concerned about due to the warning in the instructions. I then went inside to get my dog to take her out. I then looked in my car with my phones flashlight and I see there is white stuff everywhere surrounding the container... absolutely would not recommend this product. Not looking forward to cleaning the vehicle...again. if this causes any actual damage I will try to update this tomorrow.

I had mold in a car from damp storage, cleaned it, but the smell continued. Used RV Shocker, and the next day or two there was a chlorine smell, then it was gone and so was the musty smell. Now, about two weeks later the musty smell is still gone. Great stuff.

Did not remove the cigarette smell in my truck. Now I have a combination of both smells to deal with. It's been almost two weeks since I activated the product in the truck, and I left it in the truck for 24 hrs inside my garage. Very disappointed in this.

Works great eliminated odors don't buy one buy 3 then you will take care of business .

It got rid of 50% of the issue.
