With that said, this deck is very cool, with beautiful, ethereal art work and a wonderful LWB that explains the spirit or ghost on each card. There are spirits and ghosts from all over the world, some you may recognize, like the Ghost of Hamlet's Father on the King of Cups and some you may not. I even like the borders which have a sepia tone to them, the names and numbers of the cards are in a cursive scrawl which adds to the haunting feel of this deck. Really well conceieved themed deck. Very complete and thought out Courts and Minor Arcana. Fully reversible backs with Ghosts. Review: Amazing Tarot Deck - As with any Tarot deck, you must attune yourself to it. Sometimes, it just isn't the right fit. I see quite a few reviews saying that the booklet doesn't do a thorough job of making connections to original tarot imagery but the truth is that Tarot is about drawing information from the imagery regardless of what it is. I never even committed most of what the booklet said to memory but was able to accurately read people's situations. There are many different ways to read Tarot and if yours relies heavily on understanding the original imagery of the cards then you will probably struggle with this deck. Over the years of reading Tarot, I have found that a card could be understood to have a negative meaning in one reading but have a positive meaning in another reading (or both polarities in a single reading). It is all in what the message is based on your interpretation of the imagery. The cards are just tools for interpretation of communication like how we use language to communicate. If the language of the cards is not a good fit for you then it will not work out regardless of how much information you have on what the imagery means. All that said, this deck has beautiful artwork and based on my experience, is ideal for reading regarding situations of spiritual nature. Whenever I read for folks who had spiritual or spirit/ghost related issues, these cards were on point, more so than other decks I had at the time.
