Love it or hate it
Cumin is not everyone’s choice of spice, but for those of us who love it, it’s an essential flavour tool. I personally like it added to chopped cooked cabbage with a nob of butter. It also pairs well with cauliflower in cauliflower cheese. This Schwartz spice is spot on for flavour turning the dull and mundane into something destined to be a favourite.
