I've used this button mushroom extract for about 3 weeks now, at a dose of usually 2 capsules twice a day. I have been assured I do not have body odor or bad breath by those who would tell me (!), so that is not why I have tried this. I learned it was good for IBS, and I think it is, at least for me. It helps to settle my stomach and makes my whole system seems a lot more normal and healthy. Still improving. I just wish this supplement weren't so darned expensive, as at 4/day, I'd have to spend $60/mo to buy this! And I still would be consuming only the bottom level of the therapeutic dose, which is 1-3 grams a day. So I have also tried a champignon (button) mushroom extract, also available on Amazon for about $29 for 12 ozs, and that is also good, but who wants to take a tablespoon after every meal? I use only 1 tbsp of this a day, and it augments the effect of the pills. I have also found the powdered dried button mushrooms, available from Pistol River Mushrooms, is helpful--very soothing to my gut. Far better than any probiotic I have tried. And I've tried a LOT of them. This supplement is available for less money online, but it is still pretty expensive--about 3 bottles for $44.00 or so. You'd have to search (netnutri). I think this effect of button mushrooms is unique to them: other mushrooms do not have this good effect on my digestive tract. Also, a really high quality pau d'arco tea (boiled, not just steeped) is very very helpful. AND licorice (but be careful if you have high blood pressure). The best pau d'arcos come from Wisdom Naturals (Wisdom of the Ancients), and Taheebo Life Tea (available only at their site online, Just search taheebolifetea.)

It does exactly what it clams. My hope is they can develop or are in the process of developing a product that reduces 90% of body odors.

I’m about one week in. Taking it for breath… I don’t have issues with BO. A slight change. Not major tho. I take one in the am, one for lunch and 2 at night. I’m gonna finish the bottle before I make a final review.

My sister suffers from MTHFR dr says its the lack of greens. MTHFR is where her body doesn't METHYLATE causing an ammonia smell. It is a genetic blood clotting disorder that needs to be watched also effects the thyroid. So so many things it effects besides making you EXTREMELY smelly. Sis taking 3-4 caps 2xs day with no difference at all. Some stomach aches but that was it. Nothing works except possibly this unaffordable option that may take a 2-4 treatments to permanently remove odor called Miradry. But at $3k a treatment only done by a doctor AND even though her doctor has gotten it approved under diathermy Eg microwave with CPT code 97024, the docs are too stingy to accept insurance they refuse insurance because they don't want the hassle so she is left with only these pills. so sad NO doc are this greedy. I wish there was more we could do for her. Chlorolhyll was only other failed option which also effects kidneys.

I’ve been using this for a little over a week and so far it seems to be working. The quality of the ingredients seems good and I will definitely be buying more!
