Is there a clip or loop near the ceiling to hang a light or showerhead from?

Yes and there is a pocket on the inside too.

Is the floor zippered or attached with elastic loop ties?

Not zippered. A loop on each corner of the floor of the tent. Then the actual floor piece has the bits that you stick through the loops to hold it.
