if you’re looking for a vegan d3 vitamin, these taste really good. cant beat only having to have one a day too for the full effect. the gummy itself has a great texture, the slightly tangy sugar on the outside is nice. no artificial sweetener. do yourself a favor and get these ones.

I found this company after some thorough research on high quality vitamins. This seems to be working but is a bit strong for me as I am very sensitive to everything. I started taking the whole gummy and had weird side effects so cut it in 4 pieces to take spread out throughout the day and feel better already.

I always have a hard time remembering to take vitamins or supplements - I've never been a fan of taking any meds in general and somehow they seem to get lumped into the same category in my head. However, I also have quite the little sweet tooth - and between that sweet tooth and these vitamin D gummies - the problem was solved. Now I think of these things every time I walk past the medicine cabinet - often with regret that I've already taken mine for the day. The taste is great - sweet and tangy and chewy - you'd never know you were taking a vitamin by the flavor. I think I'd call these more like gum drops than gummies per se as far as describing them - the texture is less like gummy bears and more like gum drops - but either way, they are a great treat in the morning and I look forward to taking them. Was talking about them with someone I work with, and she's decided that these are the way to go to get her vitamin D supplement as well - and we both joke about wishing we needed MORE vitamin D than the one gummy per day. :) I don't have any way of testing or knowing if these really do contain the vitamin D claimed, I'd have to wait until my doc checks my D levels again, but i trust Nordic Naturals and believe they are a good company. I have no reason to suspect these don't contain what they claim. Now I'm trying to figure out if I should probably be taking some Omega-3 gummies...er...supplements as well. You know, for my health.
