Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Incredibly happy with this game, it's everything I wanted it to be and more! The last time I played AC was the very first version for the Nintendo DS. I never experienced Pocket Camp or New Leaf and this is such an UPGRADE! The graphics are fantastic, the sounds and colours and options throughout the game are marvellous! What I really enjoy is that the game can get updates if your Switch has internet which means saying goodbye to possible ever-lasting bugs and hello to consistently changing challenges and new monthly options and events!

I wondered why the reviews were all in German... this is a German copy! There’s another listing for the UK version. Should still work...

Very simple game play which can be enjoyed by kids in that it is not too demanding but it is also quite a relaxing, non hectic game for adults too.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons ist auch für Erwachsene bestens geeignet, um den manchmal stressigen Alltag für eine Weile zu vergessen – egal ob nur für ein paar Minuten oder gleich für mehrere Stunden. Die ruhige Atmosphäre, die heile Spielwelt und die bunten Farben sorgen schnell für gute Laune und wirken angenehm entschleunigend. Besonders überzeugend ist der große kreative Spielraum: Die eigene Insel und das Haus lassen sich individuell gestalten, was langfristig motiviert und immer wieder neue Ideen entstehen lässt. Dazu kommen abwechslungsreiche Aktivitäten wie Angeln, Früchte anbauen und verkaufen oder das Zubereiten kleiner Gerichte. Diese kann man anschließend essen, was zusätzliche Möglichkeiten im Spiel eröffnet, etwa beim Umsetzen von Bäumen oder dem Zerschlagen von Steinen. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungenes Spiel mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor und viel Langzeitmotivation.

Mis je je kantoor? Zit jij ook dagenlang thuis omdat je het beste met je naasten voor hebt? Dit spel zorgt ervoor dat je je routine niet hoeft te missen. Je eerste dagen (de beknopte versie): Een of andere wasbeer geeft je een tent wat je in een week uitbouwt tot een leuk huisje. Vervolgens zit je vast aan een lening (just like real life!) die je moet afbetalen. Geld kan je verdienen door onder andere fruit te plukken, vissen, en geldbomen te planten (just like real life!.. Not :( ). Je hebt zelfs een versimpeld beleggingsfonds in de vorm van koolrapen die je op zondagen kan kopen. Elke dag log ik even in om te kijken hoe het met mijn eilandje gaat. Op zich ben je er een uurtje, misschien twee aan kwijt elke dag. Soms wat meer als er een event aan de gang is. Kortom: leuk als je van de simpele dingen in het leven houd.

Compre la versión importada alemana pero funciona perfectamente en el idioma castellano al ser multilenguaje lo único que trae en alemán es la carátula de la caja del juego. El juego es muy entretenido y nos tiene enganchados a toda la familia. El envío fue muy rápido.

Ce jeu a enfin atteint une certaine maturité grâce à la Switch. Son succès phénoménal n’est pas du au hasard. Il y a pléthore de choses à faire, c’est un jeu lent! Si vous cherchez de l’action passez votre chemin. Animal crossing permet de s’évader dans un monde mignon comme tout et juste se détendre. Aussi bien pour les petits que les adultes.
