Helps to keep bones strong!
I've been taking this now for over 6 months. My bone issues aren't going to get better. This is not a Miracle Cure! However, they give me more nutrients and help to keep my bones as strong as they can, given health conditions. I'm very happy with them. Thank you!

Ineffective so far
Easier to swallow that other alternatives. Has proved ineffective over 3 weeks. Thought I would give it a try because it was a good price and better listed strength than my previous brand. However, the effect was noticeably inferior to my previous brand. It might be psychological but definitely noticeable. Maybe I will use the remaining capsules in the bottle just to make sure.

Used this for couple months Not sure if any changes but nothing is worse and capsules empty well into oats/ yoghurt so no need to swallow the plastic capsules every day For optimum dose you need 3 capsules so too much plastic to swallow Happy to use this product again

Ich nehme Chondroitin und Gucosamin schon eine Weile wegen Arthrose in den Gelenken. Hilft auf jeden Fall, was ich besonders durch die Besserung in den Kniegelenken spüre. Dass die Kombination dieser beiden Inhaltsstoffe bei Arthrose hilfreich ist, hat mir sogar mein Orthopäde bestätigt.
