They are easily cuttable, if you want to make room for some thicker tool parts. My screwdrivers did fit nicely, but file handles had to hang off the ends. Still keeps them in place though, don't you think? Overall, good luck finding something of the same density and size that can do the same thing. I've looked. And it's a heck of a lot easier than cutting that foam for each individual tool. I've done that as well, to help another mechanic. No thanks.
