Traveled to Japan on a 12 hour flight. These worked like a charm. Did the regular strength on other longer flights and they didn’t seem to be effective at getting me to sleep. I only recommend these extra strength ones. I had two and slept really well. I only travel with theses when I need to sleep on a flight.

These work better than melatonin alone. Will continue to purchase taste great.

I regularly use this product to aid in sleep. However this time the product I recived was dried out with a grainy outer texture making me wonder if it was an old product or had been exposed to excessive heat. Al’s most of the gummy’s were stuck together in a clump again making me wonder if it was in a too hot warehouse, this was ordered during wintertime so it wasn’t exposed to heat in shipping. The expiration date on this product was only 8 months out from the purchase date, so I do need to make sure I use it quickly. The flavor is great, a berry type flavor, not too sweet. However as mentioned this batch was grainy. Overall good product, just this batch wasn’t as nice as what I typically receive when ordering.

I started out with the 3mg Melatonin and switched to 5mg. These are even better. Helped me sleep throughout the night and I feel fresh waking up. I purchased these because I had difficulty sleeping and had problems waking up. Now i just take two of these and fall asleep within 30minutes
