Finally some pain relief, so awesome!
I work on a computer all day long and suffer from constant neck pain. This unit has amazing power and is nicely designed. It’s ergonomic shape fits well in my hand. Small enough to leave out on my living room end table for when I finally get to sit down and relax. It has worked wonders on my neck. That being said, I highly recommend the Santa Medical massager.

Works great on your feet too!
They kind of make a lot of noise and die at the end of their life, despite my switching batteries and trying expensive rechargeable batteries. So I've needed to buy multiples (after this review the sellers reached out to me to fix the issues which was lovely of them). Now here's why I keep buying them. My husband has issues with the bottoms of his feet. It's probably neuropathy that's tingling/ causing almost a restless feet thing. They don't make vibratory socks or massage socks that you can wear in bed whilst sleeping. So I cut the toes off cotton socks and we put one of these on each foot, being held in place by the half sock creation. And he can now fall asleep. It has been pretty life changing. We go through a million batteries and now have invested in 2 packs of rechargable batteries so we can switch them out and he will always have these massagers. They don't get hot and they simply buzz the bottoms of his feet so his brain can stop thinking about the actual sensation. (We also saw doctors, he's changed his entire diet food by food in case it was sugar, a reaction to some unknown cause, etc.) But nothing has worsened with time and these gave him sleep back. So he uses them basically 5 times a week for 1-2 hours. And they last a solid few months months. I'm sure we might invest in better "vibrators" in the far future but I know these are inexpensive and work for his specific needs. We like them! Four stars.

UPDATE: stopped working
My original intent was to use it to massage both wrist problems and neck/shoulder problems for myself and my husband. But I found a great new use for it: It loosens up and drains your sinuses! Here in FL, where something is always pollinating, my husband and I have chronic post-nasal drip and nasal stuffiness. One morning I used it to buzz around my entire sinus areas on my face -- above the eyebrows, alongside the nose, under the eyes (NOT ON THE EYES!), and on temple area. I used the lower setting. Within seconds, my nasal cavities and sinuses began to clear. My husband had the same experience. So now, instead of suffering with sinus congestion, we just "buzz it away." Amazing. Who knew? And it does also work for the muscular and tendon problems too but we're more enthused about the sinus thing. It has now decided to stop working even with brand-new batteries. So caveat emptor.

Great buzzer. It's a champ.
Alright, alright, alright. I'll write a review. My only complaint is that the company that manufactured this thing has been hounding me for feedback. I'm in the corporate world so I understand. Feedback is King, I get it. I had female (a) over last night and we had a few drinks. My apartment is pretty spacious and female (a) is sporty so we played a little one on one hockey, (I have a little street net, a couple sticks and a ball). I gently escalated the physicality of play in a flirtatious way and she responded in kind. I gave her a goal and bumped her with my hip and asked, "you want to go?" She said "yeah!" We started kissing and went to my room. I remarked, "you might get hit by my love taser." And she was curious so I went to the goodie box and grabbed this product. We took off our clothes and made out. Two speeds, I used both and hit her with it fast and slow, fast and slow. She came five times before I even got started. Yes, you should get this love buzzer. Run along now... buy the vibrator.

I like it.
I bought this product because it was small compact and lightweight for a scalp massage to regrow my hair. It is about the size of a electric shaver, but lighter in weight. Works perfect and just enough strength to stimulate blood flow. I'm rated it 3 stars because it uses batteries. For the size and weight I would not mind paying more for recharge unit. With the implied brand name of Santa Medical I hope that it will last long as a durable medical equipment.

Fantastic relief.
At first I was skeptical of this product and was going to send it back. Reason?. Very loud. My neck was killing me and thought why not give it a try. Placed it on low and noticed its a very deep thumping massage. Then placed it on high and you can feel the pain melt away. Used it five minutes. Fantastic relief. The noise has somthing to do with the pulse that goes deep into the area you are attacking. Overall Hands down this works fast. The price is well worth it.

glad I got it
OK so this is an awesome piece of equipment, it is inexpensive but demonstrates good quality it is stable, easy to clean, it uses batteries not that rechargable garbage, in other words you can put this in your closet for a couple of months and use it after just replacing the batteries, and this is the best part, the things I don't like are that the vibration is not limited to the target site, rather it kind of vibrates the whole stem but you can handle it none the less, the vibration is set in other words you can't control the setting, it is a push start and stop and the setting is one push for low, then press again for high and then press a third time for off, and this is one reason why I can't give them the last star, the vibration intensity is very good, for such a little machine it packs quite a punch which is even more amazing, for anybody contemplating this, believe me it is worth it, for short and sporadic vibrations this is good
