Speedy delivery, Helpful Customer Service
Order was delivered speedily and in good working condition. However, there was a missing item in the delivery. The Customer Service was able to provide assistance promptly. Although eventually I couldn't get a complete product as described, i was able to get a discount. Overall, i am satisfied with the product and the Customer Service. Will shop at Amazon again.

This is the second one that I bought . The previous one lasted for almost 10 years of almost daily use (and then wringer system blocked) and I did not hesitate to buy another one. It works a treat and is ideal for me as I suffer from skin problems and allergies and with this bucket I do not have to touch the water at all, not even have to bend over. I can recommend this to anyone. It is not a cheap product but to me it is worth every penny. Immer wieder gerne
Sind bei uns im Dauergebrauch. Ab und zu gibt eine Presse auf. Dann brechen die Zahnreihen durch und es wird ein neuer benötigt. Für den Hausgebrauch völlig ausreichend. Immer wieder gerne.
