Good inexpensive way to store onions and potatoes
These bags are well made and don't take up a lot of space. This was a factor in the purchase. The zipper on the side allows you to add fresh purchases to the bottom without having to empty the bag. Some folks have commented that the potato still sprouts in the bag and they prefer the refrigerator. They will last longer in the refrigerator but the texture changes. You still need to use them in a timely fashion.

Worth the money
Only have been using about 2 weeks but so far they are great. Nice and roomy.

These are Cute and Actually Work
I was having problems with my potatoes sprouting, and these bags have done the trick. Others mention the size being somewhat small, and they are, but there are only two people in our house and they are a perfect size for my needs. I haven't noticed any smell or sprouting with keeping these in my pantry.

Small, the photos are not true
You will not fit that many onions and potatoes as shown on the photos.These bags runs small for some mini potatoes and mini onions.

My potatoes rotted in the first week!
Put a brand new bag of potatoes into the potato bag and into the cupboard where I have been storing my potatoes for 5 years (dark, dry, cool location). I was expecting that they would last longer than the usual 2-3 weeks before sprouting so was shocked to find that in less than a week the potatoes had started to rot! I have never had that happen before without the bag. Very disappointing. So far the onions seem to be ok.
