50 Liter/13 Gallon Semi-round Stainless Steel Trash Can

So far, we've enjoyed this trash can if one can enjoy a trash can. It operates smoothly on slow close and my wife likes that we can leave up the can top vertically when putting in large items, scraping things in, etc. No rushing to make it before the can closes. It seems durable and we've had no issues with the step mechanism whatsoever.bob

Love it! When the top goes down after you push it open with the foot peddle, it goes down slowly. It's a sleek design and just the right size for the kitchen.

Purchased this can yesterday at Home Depot for considerably less. So are it works as described. I wanted a 13 gallon, stainless steel, step can with soft close. I don't have any dogs or children so no concerns about "critters" getting into the trash. Just wanted the kitchen to look a little nicer but I didn't want to spend a fortune on a trash can. I also didn't want electronic sensors. One more thing that breaks and they seem unnecessary. If this doesn't hold up over time I'll update my review but I don't see why it wouldn't. It seems pretty well built.
