If I don’t keep it under control I experience infertility, frequent dizziness, headaches, weight gain, hair loss, and loss of normal brain function (I.e my memory gets really bad, I can’t put a sentence together as well, or articulate what I am feeling as well). I started taking this product because, while I have cut out gluten, changed my diet and began supplementing to erase my symptoms (as opposed to medicating with pharmaceuticals), I noticed my brain function not returning to normal. After the 1st day I noticed improvements!!! I remembered things I’d normally forget and I was not as mentally tired at the end of the day as I usually am. I noticed the effects of this supplement lasting several days, so I decided not take this on a schedule but more as needed. While it is more affordable than other nootropics I’ve researched, it’s still expensive so if I can save money by not supplementing everyday I’m happy to do so. The only comment I have is after taking this I was super, super hungry lol. Not sure if that’s a side effect or just me.
