cures cravings
Skull cap is an herb highly recommended by naturopaths and holistic doctors for curing cravings to things like sugar and even narcotics.I have never used a narcotic but it definetley felt good going down and I could feel its effects on my body immediately. It tastes good on its own but I'm a raw honey fanatic so I enjoyed it that way, your body will thank you for treating it to a quality herb such as this.

Satisfied with this tea, wish they were a little more generous so I didn't have to use two bags for a pretty standard cup.
Good stuff, mild flavor, just wish the tea bags were filled more. If you shake them, they look like they fill the bags less than half way. Luckily, the tea itself is pretty concentrated, so the color changes rapidly when pouring hot water into the cup. The flavor is pretty mild, not the most delicious thing in the world or anything but good enough to make this kind of plant into a tea and use it for its medicinal benefits. It has a slight ocean breeze or sunscreen/lotion smell to it. I would describe the overall taste and smell as more floral. You could probably serve this as a sweet tea and people wouldn't notice that it's skullcap and not black tea. I'm not 100% sure on the medicinal effects or if it's placebo but it seems to be pretty good regardless. Would definitely order again.

I like that it is organically grown
This is a light, slightly fragrant tea that helps me relax and get sleepy at the end of the day. I like that it is organically grown, the teabags are unbleached and the box and the packets containing the bags are all recyclable. I would have appreciated more info about the herb used here, since I have read that there are several different forms of skullcap used in herbal preparations. The preferred variety is "Scuttelaria lateriflora" but it doesn't say that anywhere on the box, only "organic skullcap herb". It would also be nice to know the country of origin for this product. But these are small details and do not detract from a pleasant and relaxing tea that is suitable for most people needing to soothe their nerves (though not during pregnancy or breastfeeding).

Great sleep/muscle soreness relief!
Works wonders on stress and muscle aches and soreness! Has a great taste too! I use it at bedtime after working in garden/yard. I sleep great and wake up without being stiff and sore!

SO Relaxing at Night
I learned of skullcap from Anthony William. I have 1-2 cups before bed (along with a hibiscus tea bag) and wow … it is really is all that! Very relaxing in a calming and peaceful kind of way, much more so than lemon balm or chamomile which I’ve enjoyed for years. It’s like having a glass of red wine, but without any yuck feel that wine can give. I also combined it with lemon balm tea and wow that was even more relaxing and calming. I feel like I could go into a deep meditation after drinking this, but what I have been doing is going right to sleep. It doesn’t make me drowsy per se, but just extremely relaxed. I also love that it’s good for immunity and health, and organic. This will be a nightly staple for me going forward!

not very strong
you have to use two tea bags in order to give it to an adequate strength. I use this in the last weeks of pregnancy and during labor to help with anxiety, it definitely knocked out my anxiety and helped me relax but it didn't last long. I couldn't really taste it but other people said that it smelled like mushrooms when I was heating it up
