I seem to have to unplug and plug back in the keyboard everytime my PC boots up. Is this normal or a fault?

I also had this problem. I tried to update the drivers first by letting Windows 'search' for a new driver, and then second by specifying the folder the Oversteel software was installed. Although neither appeared to update the driver the keyboard has been working perfectly ever since - no need to plug it in and it remembers the RGB profile I set up
