With my gym closing due to a certain human malware issue, I reluctantly bought this. They had good reviews and was priced well. Plus they donate to a good cause. FUNCTION I've had these for about a month now. I bought multiple resistances. I can do all kinds of exercises. I get better pumps for arms, shoulders and lats then I ever did in the gym. The veriable resistance makes your muscles burn as you get to the peak of your strength curve. I've also created some ab work outs using the bands. They work great! DURABILITY I've wrapped these things around trees and iron fences and yanked with all my might. The bands didn't feel a thing. But I sure did! CONCLUSION I liked my first set so much I bought more. Great product that does what it says it does. The seller is a great guy and communicates well. YES I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE BANDS!!

The reason I gave only three stars for the features is because I've only had this item for two weeks. How can anyone rate durability with only two weeks experience? Perhaps in a year I'll be able to tell everyone it lasted a year &, hopefully, it's still going strong. But I can't do that with only 2 weeks usage. The same goes for value, if it lasts at least a year then I'd say I got my money's worth. Also Sturdiness is the quality that will make it last and give me a good value for the money so again ask me again in a years. So far I like the two I've purchased and I hope to use them for a good long time, but only time will tell.

This band is awesome. I have used it while lifting weight and it adds incredible resistance. It takes my lifting up a notch for sure. I’ve also used it as a resistance band to do modified lat pulls, cable rows, leg curl/extension and more. By far, one of my favorite accessories when working out!!

I bought the lightest, and it's definitely too heavy for beginners. Even for advanced, you NEED something light to warm up with. This material is also slippery. I definitely don't recommend this brand.

I liked the band, but it was too expensive to have snapped before I was able to get 10 workouts in. For reference, I used it indoors on carpet flooring for basic bicep curls while standing in the loop of the band, so it had a lot going for it but it still didn't make it very long. Edit: Company reached out and replaced the band for free, I definitely don't have the same confidence in the band, but it's good to know that the company stands behind making it right when something goes wrong

Love the color! This band is versatile and very durable. Came in a cool pouch which is a great touch. Definitely get this band.

I used it to exercise and in a matter of weeks it snapped on me. I’ve used Walmart bands and they’re still good.

This is a very well made band. The delivery was very quick. I’ve used the band twice during my workouts and it seems very durable and well made.
