Do you get that "orange" color around your ankles and knees?

This is my favorite self tanner by far and I have tried them all! Never orange at all. I get tons of compliments on my tan. My trick is to put a little lotion on my knees, elbows and feet before applying the tanner to avoid the dark build up.

how long to develop color?

There is a color guard that appears instantly, but it does not last once you shower it off at the 1-, 2-, or 3-hour mark (depending on how tan you want to be). After washing off the color guard, you won't notice any tan for several hours. I usually don't see a noticeable difference until 6 or 7 hours after rinsing. My tan is usually the full darkness around hour 9 or 10.

Is this product okay to put on my Knees and chest? I've noticed that most self tanners peel on when they are in the areas.

Make sure to exfoliate before your application and then it won't peel on you. I use it all over to get a nice, uniform colour.

I am being completely honest that I LOVE this stuff!!! I'm on my 3rd bottle as I started in mid-May and it looks fabulous!!! The only way people could tell it was fake was if you missed areas. It's very easy to use since it's a mouse and to me, really has no smell. I put it on at night, dry my skin with a hair dryer and go to bed; never had any rub off. An FYI---- you need to be careful about putting on hands and feet. I like my hands/feet to have color but I only put a tiny amount on. I get so many compliments when I use this stuff!!!!
