I use this coconut oil daily- it has so many uses and is so nourishing for your body! I mix it up and use it to oil pull for my teeth, to cleanse my pores (make sure you rinse your face well afterwards), to cook with, to shave with, etc. This product is a good quality, quantity, and price!

It's really good, has high heating point. We use it for making popcorn in a popcorn machine. Kernels which used to be very hard after popping when using olive oil cook perfectly now with this refined coconut oil, without burning. I recommend if you are looking for a healthier alternative to canola but need the high smoke point.
