SwaddleDesigns Transitional Swaddle Sack, Arms Up Half-Length Sleeve & Mitten, Most Gradual Transition Swaddle for Newborn

I’m not one to write reviews, never have actually so this is my first one but after a couples months of use I just had to leave my thoughts for those on the fence. My baby was very heavily reliant on swaddling to be able to sleep and had a really aggressive startle reflex so when trying to take it away it was a total nightmare. I decided to give this one a try after failing over and over to get him to sleep without a swaddle. I’m so glad I did cause he loves this transitional swaddle! Been about 3 months of using it and I’ve gotten him back in his own sleep space and taking naps independently again and having longer stretches of sleep (on days/nights I don’t use it cause it’s dirty he doesn’t sleep as long and wakes himself up all night). It’s contoured enough to feel “snug” but still has plenty of leg room and can still put his arms down but helps lessen the arm flailing a lot. Love the double zipper feature and it’s very soft and just thick enough to keep him warm but not overheat. I highly recommend this product for the parents out there struggling to transition out of a traditional swaddle. I got the green one for reference, I read other reviews that said different colors seem to have different fabric and construction and the green one seemed to have the best construction so I went with that one and am definitely gonna get a few more now that I know my baby likes it. My newborn LOVES these. I recommend these over the more expensive Love to Dream brand which we used prior. These are less constrictive overall and allow him to kick and move his arms freely. We now have 4 in case of spit ups and incidents. The zippers are smooth and easy to use. The material is soft and thick enough to keep him warm at night with the fan on. I also like how they are not tight around the neck and just overall great quality.

Game changer! I needed to find something to replace the traditional swaddle since my 3 month old started rolling. I was so concerned it would interrupt his sleep because he started sleeping through the night. It took a couple nights for him to get used to this transitional swaddle but once he did he loves it and sleeps through the night again. At 4 months I tried to get him to sleep on his own for naps, it was a struggle at first but once he associated this sleep sack with sleep he would self soothe and fall asleep in this. The arms for a perfect tension for the startle reflex. He’s 5 months now and doesn’t really have startle reflex but he loves his sleep sack so I’ll keep him in it for a while. Also he runs really hot so the 0.5 Tog is perfect

These swaddles are such a great affordable option! My daughter absolutely loves her arms being up. After having the more expensive versions, I was looking for an alternative and this is it! Works great and fits so nicely. Super stretchy for her kicking legs and is soft to touch. My daughter calms when I put these on for her. So easy to use and easy to clean. The colors are so pretty as well. It’s not too thick but has a little layer so a great option for hot sleepers like my baby. It has held up great and is awesome for babies who might be learning to roll. She is still able to use her arms and move them around while lifting her head when it happened

I used this Transitional Swaddle Sack for my baby and overall it’s been really helpful during the swaddle transition. The material is soft, and I like the arms-up design with the mitten cuffs, it seems comfortable and safe for sleep. The only reason for 4 stars is that it runs a bit short for my baby, so I wish there was a slightly taller option. Otherwise, it’s been a good sleep solution.

My baby was outgrowing his love to dream swaddles so we decided to try these. We love them! He slept the same amount of time that he typically sleeps with the other swaddles (7-8 hours at night). They are super soft and I love that he can have his hands out and they are safer for when he starts rolling.

super cute and super comfy my baby loves it. fits good and leaves your baby room to grow (depending on how big your baby is). great quality. my baby is a hot sleeper so it keeps him warm without making him hot. super easy to wash too. also side note: perfect for babies who can roll, they are still able to reposition themselves if turned on their belly’s.

I looked into it and thought SwaddleDesigns seemed to be the same as Amazing Baby, so I purchased these because I liked the fabric choices better, haha. The fabric is a bit lighter and thinner than the Amazing Baby ones, which is nice for the summer in an upstairs room. But the hand mitts were too wide and would not keep my baby's hands in at all. I had to use a needle and thread to tack them down, or else use a safety pin, to keep my little one's hands in. These swaddle sacks also seem to be less durable than the ones I've ordered from Amazing Baby, with the stitching at the shoulder starting to unravel with a few months of use. Still usable as they are (altered by me) but the big thing they advertise--the half sleeves--didn't work!

Adepte des produits similaires de grande marque, j’ai voulu tester moins cher, affectivement ça fait le boulot en revanche on voit que la qualité n’est pas forcément au rendez-vous, le tissus en coton est bien en revanche la fermeture de qualité moyenne est très épaisse, elle fait des gros bourrelet, et remonte dans le cou de mon bébé je ne suis pas fan de cette gigoteuse, elle est très rigide, j’imagine que c’est normal pour le prix mais sur les autres marques on a des fermetures plus souple donc pas gênante pour l’enfant. Si je dois en racheter une malheureusement je repartirais sur des grandes marques

Muy bien y por algún motivo la bebe suda menos que con ropa mas ligera. Y en cuanto al tema regflejo de moro, perfecto.
