BEST LOG BOOKS EVER !
Best log books ever, clean, simple and straightforward, has all the info you need, with no bulk and no waste space, yet leaves plenty of room to notate your dive and finds etc.. Have found a fine tip Sharpie works best for this paper, as it's wonderfully waterproof, which means your logs are safe if your dive log takes a swim, or ends up in the bottom of your wet gear bag..

Practical and Well Made
Well constructed. Spaces to record common dive site info. Practical carry along.

A fine little log BUT
I've just received it and I see two negatives right off: --The large white inventory sticker on the front doesn't peel off! So now the book has a 3"long partially peeled sticker in the center! -- Every page has a 1.25" x 1.25" ScubaPro logo in the lower right corner just in case you forgot who branded the book! This is about half the height of the page and about a quarter of the horizontal printed area. If left blank, a dive shop or liveaboard's stamp could be placed there. If left off, there'd be more space to write. Another observation: The space between the top line (date, dive #, buddy, etc) and the spirals is very narrow for writing. The last line of the comments section could have been dropped to allow more writing space at the top. Otherwise, the size is great as is the fact that it is has tear-proof pages.

Convenient size at a good price
I bought this to log my dives since the paper logbook I got when I initially got certified has been filled up and is also falling apart. Some pros: - price on Amazon is cheaper than the MSRP on the Scubapro website (which is rare for specialty hobby stuff) - waterproof (great for me, since I seem to find a way to inadvertently get stuff soaked) - nice spiral bound, horizontal format. It feels like it will hold up to some abuse - ample room for notes on the page - has place to indicate which logbook number this is Some cons: - it appears that pencil is the only thing that will consistently write on the pages - unlike some larger format logs, this one doesn't have space to check off things like suit type (wet, dry, shortie, thickness), ballast weight amount, etc; you'll want to develop a pattern to write this info in the large notes section

So far so good
Just received this today. A lot smaller than I had imagined it. But overall a nice little dive log. I guess we’ll see how it holds up over the next couple weeks!

Perfect size
This dive record book was the perfect gift for my husband. He just started diving and he loved the compact size and durability of the book.

Good book, need a few minor changes
I started with the Scubapro logbooks about 40 years ago. Then after a significant gap returned to using them. I found my old books in the attic and the pages are disintegrating – but to be fair it was a poor place to store them. That said I like the material and size of the book. I don’t take it with me underwater so the moisture resistance is not particularly important to me. My computer records that info. I write in the book with a Sharpie Ultra Fine Point pen which is then very permanent. The changes I suggested to Scubapro are as follows: The Visibility box is overlarge and could be allocated to some other area. The time format is odd. Two entries on lines and one in a box. And the box is too small. The depth box on the other hand is sufficient to record dive depths to the Titanic to the nearest fraction of an inch. (way to big, wasted space).
