The unit is very easy to use, smokes great, it's size is a bit small I wish it was a bit larger on the sides so you could fit a full rack of ribs, I had to cut the rack in half to fit them, but with 4 racks in the smoker you could fir one slab on each of the racks for a total of 4 total slabs of ribs! Or like I'm doing tomorrow, a whole chicken, baby back ribs, sausage. They smoker is amazing! And if that's not enough, you can buy the cold smoker attachment and cold smoke! It's Amazing, man turning a cheap block of cheese into a amazing piece of cheese with cold smoking is the best. Install a PID Temperature control device from Auber Instruments for about $125. Install a 900 w heater for about $50. Install a fan for about $40. 2. Another way is to buy the dust cover for the Bradley. Cut a hole on top so the exhaust smoke can get out. The cover slips off and on with ease when you want to get into the smoker. 3. What I also did was use a 10X20 canvas garage that was shortened to a 10X14 as a wind break for the smoker. I also have a fermentation chamber (temperature and humidity controlled) and cheese cave (temperature and humidity controlled) located in this shelter also. **Q: what is the highest temperature you can reach** A: I have only wanted to get it up to 350 where I smoked a chicken. Never have needed nor wanted it any hotter. It is a great little smoker. Gives you the ability to choose the amount of smoke you want in your food. You can smoke the whole time or just give a 10 minute smoke. **Q: Do the product fits the European electricity, with adopter it will work fine?** A: With an adapter yes **Q: Does it come with Bisquettes?** A: Some deals come with the bisquettes, most do not.
