They offer universal ¼”-20 accessory compatibility, rock-solid stability, and stackable versatility, making them ideal for professional vloggers, macro photographers, and content creators seeking reliable, scratch-free mounting solutions. ## Description Perfect for vloggers, macro photographers, and product shooters, the Platypod Goosenecks give you the freedom to mount LED lights, action cameras, microphones, and other ¼”-20 accessories exactly where you need them. Engineered by Platypod, for Platypod, this gooseneck is built to professional standards — solid metal bolts and cross nuts, not hollow or plastic-filled like cheaper imitations. Each component is precision-machined to fit Platypod plates perfectly, preventing any protrusion that could scratch delicate surfaces. Unlike generic goosenecks with long or uneven bolts, the Platypod Goosenecks sit flush and secure, giving you rock-solid positioning for your lighting and gear — even during long shoots or travel setups. Review: Premium goose necks - Great gooseneck for auxiliary items on my tripod. Multiple uses. Good quality and not flimsy. Perfect choice for anyone needing an adjustable accessory arm. Good price as well. Very stable. Review: Gear that is up to the task. - Platypod gear has worked well, as advertised, in the past. These goosenecks are no exception. They are well made, flexible and strong. They are a bit heavy for their size, but I do not think they would stand up to heavy use if they were much lighter. I use the goosenecks, along with cube lights for macro photography. A good investment as far as I'm concerned. ## Features - Two 10.5" long stackable goosenecks with one 1/4"-20 male end and one 1/4"-20 female end as well as a 1/4"-20 female side hole for crossnut storage. Engineered by Platypod for Platypod – Precision-built to integrate seamlessly with all Platypod plates for secure, professional mounting. - Solid Metal Construction – Bolts and cross nuts are made from durable solid metal, not hollow or plastic-filled like lower-priced imitations. Holds 24 ounces individually or 16 ounces stacked in pairs. - Protects Your Gear and Surfaces – Custom bolt length prevents protrusion through Platypod plates, avoiding scratches and ensuring stable contact.. Two 1/4"-1/4" m-m crossnut adapters included! - Universal ¼”-20 Mount Compatibility – Attach LED lights, action cameras, microphones, monitors, or any standard accessory. - Flexible, Stable, and Reliable – Strong gooseneck design holds its position during shoots—ideal for vloggers, macro photographers, and product creators. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B082Q8YPFG | | Best Sellers Rank | #175 in Photographic Lighting Mounting Hardware | | Brand | Platypod | | Brand Name | Platypod | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 89 Reviews | | Finish Type | Metallic | | Finish Types | Metallic | | Item Dimensions | 10.31 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches | | Item dimensions L x W x H | 10.31 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches | | Manufacturer | Platypod | | Manufacturer Part Number | 1018 | | Model Number | 1018 | | Set Name | Platypod Goosenecks Set (2 Goosenecks + 2 Adapters) | | UPC | 714983535489 | | Unit Count | 2 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Platypod - **Finish Type:** Metallic - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 10.31 x 0.39 x 0.39 inches - **Material:** Metal - **Unit Count:** 2 Count ## Images ![Platypod® Goosenecks - Premium Stackable Flexible Mounts for Photographers and Creators - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/5181H3ateOL.jpg) ![Platypod® Goosenecks - Premium Stackable Flexible Mounts for Photographers and Creators - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41DnBTS5pEL.jpg) ![Platypod® Goosenecks - Premium Stackable Flexible Mounts for Photographers and Creators - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41HZHrMK+EL.jpg) ![Platypod® Goosenecks - Premium Stackable Flexible Mounts for Photographers and Creators - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Fmnu3vX6L.jpg) ![Platypod® Goosenecks - Premium Stackable Flexible Mounts for Photographers and Creators - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51QY+cf2SxL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Premium goose necks *by M***1 on November 26, 2025* Great gooseneck for auxiliary items on my tripod.
