Good for powdery mildew
I live in the southeast U.S. where it's very humid most of the year, and powdery mildew is a constant battle. I'd tried milder DIY options (baking soda solutions) and that worked ok on some plants (like my bee balm, which the mildew seems to love) but wasn't as effective on my succulents (and not the most convenient to use, e.g. spray nozzles clogging after awhile). Decided to give this a try, and it has worked great at controlling powdery mildew on both outdoor & indoor plants. Even a single treatment (I always forget whatever short-term repeat it recommends in the directions) clears up most mildew. Some reviewers have commented about leaves falling off after using this on plants with powdery mildew-- but yeah, sounds like that's from the fungus. You're not going to restore leaf damage from powdery mildew, the goal is to prevent further damage/avoid it damaging so much foliage that it significantly harms the plant. My bee balm has had no leaf-loss issues with this. Likewise, my succulents will usually have a brown scar where the fungus was but keep those leaves (it'd make sense for a plant to drop leaves if you treated them with a pretty intense or widespread infection, as they'd no longer be much use to the plant). I also lightly spray my uninfected succulents, prophylactically (at the same dilution), and they've not suffered any ill effects from the fungicide. One caveat, I feel like a fungicide perhaps shouldn't... grow a bunch of mold? (Happened in both the spray bottle and the slightly larger bottle that I use to make the dilution, a week or two after mixing it up; both bottles had been closed in the meantime.) It may be that the fungicide is just targeted to fungi likely to affect plants rather than being a "nuke it all" approach (which would actually be a good thing IMO) or just balancing strength vs. safety for plants (and humans, other stuff in environment, etc.). Not taking off any stars as it still works well as applied to my plants right after diluting-- I'll just mix up smaller volumes at a time from now on, fresh each time I need to use it.

Effective garden staple
This works pretty well, but like any of these sprays, it's much better proactively. Once things go bad, it's not a savior, but it should be a staple if your a grower. No harmful effects to the plant or the people spraying it. You can use a lot without any negative effects, and it is effective.

Dang...it really works
First time grower, I went all out with the bells and whistles. Tent, controllers, multiple fans, high end light setup etc. Though most of vegetation was completely fine, towards the end I ran into issues with powdery mildew showing up. After a LOT of research, it was a demon of my own making. Plants too close together, too many for the space, too high humidity, not enough airflow, I basically did all the wrong stuff. After discovering some SMALL spots on my leaves I panicked, researched, and resolved the environmental issues. It's now at proper humidity and temperature with adequate airflow and a carbon filter. Since doing that alone won't kill mildew, I started looking into options to "stop the spread". I tried the home remedies with neem oil, dish soap, milk, it just seemed to come right back. I decided to look for something a bit more focused for my issue and came across this organic solution. It works extremely well. If you follow the directions, it is very self explanatory. It's great as a preventative too, even if you don't have the powdery mildew issue currently. I bought the handheld spray version first as a tester, great way to lead into it. It worked so well I got the concentrate to use continuously, I use the original spray bottle and refill it. It works out to 1.8tsp of concentrate to refill that original spray bottle, so it will last a really REALLY long time for the home user at that rate. Overall, it will now be part of my standard arsenal for indoor growing. When i started seeing powdery mildew, my tent was at 80 degrees with 50-65% humidity when I started noticing issues, though it was that way due to multiple variables that have been resolved. Keep in mind, this product works great but is not a super cure. You MUST resolve environmental issues to keep it from coming right back, this just kills it on the spot

Gentle and effective if…..
Let me begin by saying that I purchased this product to combat powdery mildew on my pumpkins and zucchini. Some leaves were Affected more severely than others so it was a great chance to try out this product wide variety of severity. I have a fairly large garden and use the whole bottle and where I found it most effective was leaves where the mildew was beginning to start (mild cases). Within four hours, it was cleared up mostly cleared up. There’s still remnants of the mildew spotting, but I do believe the product worked effectively. According to the directions, for more severely affected leaves, second Application was required. For those leaves, I did not notice a difference even after the second application. I would recommend having this product on hand early in the season so you can mitigate mildew right away. If you’re looking for something to correct a more severe issue, this is not your product.
