Awesome radio but headset sucks
Love them works awesome . But the hands free head set suck u have to talk pretty loud for them to work .

Defective device
Well first of everything looked good tuff material looked good y put them to charge everything ok well I was struggling with the dual charger the radios didn’t want to stay were they were supposed to be to charge the light would flicker finally got them to stay charging .Then I turn one on and the screen good nice and good volume the I turn the other one on and same thing but like in a minute later the screen goes dark I could still connect to it and then nothing. Didn’t really get to use them at all I’m sending them back it’s probably just one in a few that come defective I chose those because it had a lot of reviews.I’m giving it 1 star just because I didn’t get to try them out don’t know if it really does what it says.

Great battery life.
Range is only 0.6 miles in flat residential area with trees. Lithium batteries (included) are the only way to go.

Good quality for the price.
Bought these to use around the house and in the basement and when we are out in the country. They even worked 1.5 miles, from my home to a shopping mall. We are very pleased with them so far easy to use and easy to understand the person on the other end. Very very pleased with these.

Powerful, but few user adjustable options. THE ALERT BEEP WILL BLOW YOU AWAY
No complaints about quality, but the onfirmation beep is irritatingly loud, and there is no option to change it. Motorola makes as powerful a radio with many more choices for that, and it floats and has an emergency flashlight activated by water. No brainer which to choose if you kayak or eBike.

TRASH
Not even 6 months of use and the batteries last an hour or two on full recharge and one mic stopped working. Do yourself a favor and just throw your 200 out a window, it's money better spent that way.

Button sticks
I needed to use these on Feb 2nd 2024 to recover/repo my vehicle so I could communicate with my 2nd driver... the button didn't work and there was a shootout and no way to communicate with my 2nd.... it was definitely a life and death situation and these failed everyone and almost cost lives... thank God no one was hurt or unalived... but these are not dependable especially when needed.... thanks dewalt for almost getting us killed
