Everything was shipped in a timely order with everything accounted for and in good condition. This does not come with replacement screws What happens when you use your palm sander a lot and make a mistake by letting the pad get to hot you can actually melt the plastic hooks which hold the velcro sandpaper sheets. What eventually happens is your sandpaper with not firmly attach to the pad and in many cases just fly off. Buying this pad as a replacement will fix this problem for you.

Perfect fit

I have a Mikita orbital sander I’ve had for years. Been dealing with it spitting the sanding disks by swearing at it and limping through. Finally looked up replacing the disk. HUGE immediate improvement. Literally like new ( duh ). 4 screws and dropped right in, very easy to switch out. Really happy with the replacement part. Good price, solid/simple design, works great, got here quick. Win/win/win/win. Wish I had done it a long time ago. Should have ordered 2. Totally recommend.

Was a good fit on my four screw holes model,but it didn’t have the four tiny dowel holes drilled into it.I used my old disk to locate and drill the four new dowel holes

This fit my 5" Makita orbital sander perfectly. The three bolt holes are a tad tight when putting the bolt and washer through but that's not a problem. I highly recommend this.

Bad velcro on the pad! I had no problem attaching the pad to the sander with the bolts. The problem is the hooks on the mounting pad don't engage well with the loop backing on any of the sanding discs. I tried two different brands of new sanding discs (Diablo and DeWalt) and they only stay attached for a few minutes at most and came off or they wouldn't attach at all. After they come off, they won't stick again at all, so any previously used discs that were barely used and still good are rendered useless. The original old worn-out pad that was replaced wasn't as bad as this one. As of right now, my sander is useless until I get a better quality mounting pad. I wouldn't recommend this pad at all. I will buy legitimate OEM parts from now on.

IS a perfect fit for my Makita 5-in random orbital sander. Easy to install

It fit to my sander fine but the grib on the bottom was very poor, after about 5minutes of use the discs were flying off the sander, i had to drop the speed to number 1 to make them stay on but was unusable at that speed.
