What is the weight limit?

Hey John, The official weight limit is 220lbs. However, this board is capable of handling more weight than that. One of the upgrades on this board was a stronger/thicker truck axle, with that stronger axle, the board can now handle a a considerable amount of more weight, without any issues. Hope this helps!

How am i supoose to move if both my feet are strapped in?

It is a mountain board designed for downhill. Like a snow board with wheels. You point it downhill, slide your feet in and ride!
