This product does not have plastic or vinyl as we expected. It has more polyester material and more flexible. Depending on the size of your mattress, it is a good idea to have multiple capable hands to lift and twist the mattress around; they will be needed.

Love this. I live in an apartment that used ti be a house and the downstairs apartment was infested with bed bugs so I bought these because I saw a bug on my brand new bed that wasn't even a month old and I haven't seen a single bug since. I purchased the full size mattress bag/encasement and am very pleased with it. The quality is great. No fear of ripping like I experienced with a cheaper, more plastic one I bought previously. The zipper worked great and most importantly it fit my bed. I have a 12" hybrid mattress with a 4" topper. The listing said the bag was 16" deep and IT WAS! Great purchase, quality fit and finish. Buy with confidence.

Just what I needed, good protection

I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. It didn’t live up to the claims in the description and doesn't deserve a star. The material on the sides and bottom is extremely thin and tore the first time I tried to put it on my mattress. It’s so sheer you can see through it, which makes me doubt it’s actually waterproof. My mattress is heavy, and after the struggle of getting it on, I was too exhausted to take it off again; otherwise, I would have definitely returned it.

The zipper broke almost immediately so it did me zero good to have this on the bed.
