This baking mat is truly exceptional and has become an essential tool in my kitchen. I have traditionally used SilPat silicone liners in my half sheet pans to bake cookies. Years ago, I bought some off-brand silicone liners and they don't fit as perfectly as my 2 Silpat liners. I need more liners and took a chance with these MMat silicone baking mats. They fit PERFECTLY in my nordic ware half sheet pans! No curving up the pan sides. These liners also clean up well in the dishwasher. I load them in the upper rack in an upside down big C, so the dirty side is 'down' and facing the spray arm. I also put them on the lower rack to rest against the dinner plates on the one side, so the dirty side of the liner gets sprayed from the bottom rack sprayer. I store them flat in a large kitchen drawer, right on top of my clean cooling sheets. I will def buy more of these liners before my next big cookie baking event and get rid of those others which don't fit. I'm glad to use these because they work well, clean up good, and can be re-used! I'm working as hard as I can to reduce, re-use, and recycle.

I’ve never used silicone baking sheets before so I researched a lot of them before finally deciding on these. I have extra large baking sheets, so one doesn’t completely cover a sheet, but that’s not a big deal. If you have a regular sized baking sheet, you probably won’t have an issue. The first thing I noticed upon opening the package is how tacky the sheets feel. In a good way. They’ll stick to your pan, counter, whatever you’re using it for, but it doesn’t make cleaning and rolling back up just a little tricky. Out of all the silicone baking sheets I looked into - these were the only ones that were dishwasher safe. So, that was my finally deciding factor. Who knows if you’re having a busy day and just need to throw everything into the dishwasher. I prefer to have dishwasher safe items for that reason. The first thing I cooked on the sheet was a pizza. As someone who grew up always spraying the baking sheet before putting anything on it, I was certainly skeptical when the instructions for the sheet said not to. The pizza cooked perfectly and evenly. And slid right off like it was on glass. It was so cool! These are way more sustainable than aluminum foil and work better. Do yourself a favor and get these now!
