I have been taking these daily for over a year. Together with other supplements I take, they have vastly improved the winter joint pain I’ve had all my adult life. (I haven't experienced any pain so far this winter and I live in Michigan!) I do think it’s the combination of supplements I’m taking that has made this big improvement, but I first noticed a reduction in that pain after about a month after I started taking these. Together with the other changes I’ve made, I’m now pain free without prescription drugs. They’re also wonderful for keeping my skin hydrated from the inside during these harsh long winters. The value for these is incredible and they get the job done. I’ve repurchased multiple times and intend to keep doing so.

I added this supplement to my regimen recently with my vital collagen peptides and I can’t really tell the difference with anything yet the value for the money is ok it’s very easy to use with the little measure cup so you get just the right amount every time the mix ability I had to play around with be it doesn’t mix well with water doesn’t mix well in my collagen drink so I ended up mixing it with olive oil then put it in my mouth and drinking it down with water. I purchased it for the hydration of my skin so we’ll see as time go on but so far I’m loving it The ingredients are clean and that’s a plus for me.

Good brand, good amount of HA, though low vit C (from ascorbic acid), reasonable price. I chose this one because I am well familiar and trust this brand. I wanted Hyaluronic acid to pair with my collagen supplement. If you are taking a collagen peptide supplement, you will want to also take hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. This helps it all work better, especially if focusing on skin. One can use topical products, but it will only work in the spot you put it, where as taking it internally, you are getting fully body benefits inside and out. Of course, you can do both. Typically need 120 mg, and this has nearly double as far as dose goes (250 mg). I saw this, and thought, well I can take more than I usually do, or I can take my usual amount and get double the servings, as this makes each capsule 125 mg. I have been just taking 1 capsule, but I think I will bump it to 2 capsules. I am curious. Not sure if I will experience or really see any difference as I have been taking collagen consistently for at least a decade, and some of my supplements already have hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in it. But I feel better now that I am taking an HA supplement. Now I can be very consistent with that. While this has vitamin C, it is very low, and in the form of ascorbic acid. I didnt buy this for the vitamin C as I prefer a much higher dose and in a natural form and/or liposomal form. easy to swallow small capsules. I take around the time I have my coffee with collagen powder. I will probably continue with this when it comes time to need more.

I got this for joint pain and anti-aging benefits. I have been taking these hyaluronic acid supplements for about 2 weeks now. At first I didn't think that they were working. However, upon further research clinical trials show that it takes at least 2 months to get relief from joint pain. For Supple skin and softening of wrinkles, it typically takes 2 to 4 weeks. You won't see the full benefits in your skin until about week 8. I know it seems like a long time, but if you compare taking these over consistently taking painkillers or anti-inflammatories, this is definitely the better option. They're also a bunch of other health benefits from taking hyaluronic acid supplements using 80 mg to 200 mg per day. Before bed and after a long day is generally when I can feel my knee pain the most. However it dawned on me, I hadn't thought about my knee pain all day. Obviously something is working. The great thing about this particular brand is the ultra high purity. They're all so easy to swallow. I have bought other supplements from this brand because of the good quality and decent price point. If this was helpful please let me know. Writing a good quality review takes time and effort but if my reviews are not helpful, should I be writing them at all?

I have been using this for a month. I have not noticed the skin benefits yet but my knee that was injured early this year actually seems to be finally healing. Definitely going to keep buying this.

I do not normally leave reviews. Mostly because i'm too lazy. However, this product is one of those that you don't know how well it's working till you stop. It did amazing things to my skin, making it smoother and seemingly more elastic. I ran out and I stopped. After about six months my skin was looking worse than usual. And I asked, what is going on? I take collagen every day and never miss and also take alastin. However, haven't seen a major improvement as far as my skin goes joints and hair yes, skin no. It took another six months for me to finally figure it out, it's because I stopped with my hyaluronic acid supplements. Take this and don't stop. I take three instead of two but then again, I am seventy three years old.

This came highly recommended to my husband from a friend who ruptured her Achilles, as he's ruptured his Achilles. He's started taking it every day. It's supposed to be excellent for soft tissue injury repair. 🤞
