Thank you** A: I ordered the Clear Museum Gel, which is for glass & crystal, which worked very good on those items (sticking a glass plate to a glass bowl on a pedestal). This product is for that sort of use, & for adhering items to shelves (such as figurines), to prevent them from falling. It works very well, & is very easily removed, by twisting the adhered item, & rubbing off the excess gel. There evidently are other products from Ready America, called Quakehold Museum Putty, & also Museum Wax (the wax is for more permanently placed items & wood furniture). If you FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS *by T***E on April 10, 2026* I was skeptical at first because of some of the negative reviews, but the cost wasn’t that much so I decided to give it a try. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS and you’ll be happy with the results. It is not designed to use on anything that is not considered “waterproof” so don’t use this on pictures or a wall or any surface like a wood that is not sealed with varnish. It was easy to use and works really well to hold my miniature village pieces in place. I kept having some removable pieces fall off of my Christmas village buildings and some of the small figures falling over so I followed the instructions and waited an hour before I gently checked it. Then I waited another 24 hours and gave it a firm shaking, and I was surprised at how well it held the pieces in place. NOTE: It is not sticky to the touch, but it will sort of melt into the shape of the piece that it’s holding and then it will bond within about an hour.
