Auto Lock Guitar Strap - Acoustic & Electric Accessories

This strap is fantastic! The lock is secure,but easy to remove.

I like the auto lock for my Enya, feels secure and comfortable.

I LOVE the strap but its waaay too short and I had to return it.

Quality of Strap not bad, however kind of pricy. Easy to use, I purchased two for quick change over for different guitars I play. The manufacturer could use more leather on the strap instead of Nylon. Auto lock function works well.

Had to take one end, seam rip, and turn it around to fit my particular guitar. But, it easy to do & works perfectly!!

I've used strap locks for a long, long time. All types. Some years ago I settled on Dunlops because, although not perfect, they seemed to be the least annoying. You do have to change strap buttons, though. Through all those years, I've tried various locking systems that didn't require changing the strap buttons. All I've tried were either too clunky or just annoying to use (or the one I did like wears out too fast). But I finally found these. They are nearly perfect. The good: they go on and off very easily and with no fuss at all. Best I've had. No alteration of the instrument is required. They are not heavy or clunky or overly complicated. They are light--no heavy metal/engineered parts. Super slick all the way around as far as the locking mechanism itself. The bad: For what they are, there really isn't any bad... however, this idea needs to be taken farther. They are great as is for acoustic guitars and light electrics (they can even be slightly modified to fit the acoustic buttons that double as input jacks). BUT, D'Addario needs to offer these same locks in wide, padded, and even leather options--we're talking 4 inch wide. When you have a 10 pound bass hanging from your shoulder, these thin straps do not cut it. Well actually, they do cut--right into your shoulder! So if wider strap versions were offered, I'd immediately trashcan all of my Dunlops. As it is, they are perfect for guitars, but PLEASE make some wider ones for bass or hear Les Paul type guitars. I've considered just buying another strap, cutting it in half and having a leatherworker sew the ends onto a wide, padded, leather strap. Anyway, for the right guitars, they are PERFECT. So easy to use compared to ANY others out there. And I've tried most all of them over the years. Bravo!

Great product. Very easy to attach and detach from the guitar. There is no need to install anything, this strap works with any existing guitar pins. Very strong material. I will buy more.

the strap is very entry level and flimsy with just a single thin layer of hard poly propoleyne materialfolded over on the ends with minimal stitching ,feels very cheap..... the locks work as they should but wonder how they will stand up to long term playing as they are made of plastic with tiny spring loads .... the adjusting mechanism is fast and accurate .....pretty disappointed as ive always thought quality when d'addario is involved, at 30 bucks i dont t think its a good value ... i ve seen better quality versions based on nylon perhaps they are quite a bit better but they are also 50 bucks ive bought levy's straps that blow these away for like 10 bucks and although they dont have the locking mechanism the build is far superior.... good for testing guitars where you need to change instruments quickly i guess not sure if i would entrust high end guitars to this particular strap

it’s comfortable now using my 3/4 folk guitar. as expected the strap is perfect, safe with its lock. thanks!

Es ligero, cómodo (no lástima el material) y los seguros son útiles para que no se caiga el instrumento. En general me parece que los straps son muy caros para la cantidad de material y el diseño. Pero el precio de este no me pareció excesivo y tiene buena calidad.

Very nice quality but not fits in accoustic guitar.
