I'm very happy with this desk. It's easy to assemble--with the included high-quality stainless steel hardware--is very well made, stable and sturdy, and easy to crank up and down. Since I need a small top (the base can be adjusted for a bigger one), I bought a 4ft x 2ft 3/4 inch sheet of plywood and mounted it with the wood screws provided, put slats around the side (to keep the top from looking "industrial," and varnished it. Presto classy piece of modern furniture for study or living room! The price is more than reasonable given the high quality of the product.

I bought the Ergo Elements adjustable desk frame based on what it did and the positive reviews it got and I'm extremely glad I did. It was fairly easy to assemble- I gave it four stars instead of five because some of the illustrations didn't match the actual parts, but that was a minor glitch and when I emailed technical support, they got back to me quickly. The frame is solid when it's in use and easily cranks up or down. I really like that I can quickly and painlessly alternate between standing and sitting. I like the fact that it's the frame only because I wanted to use the table top I had. This frame easily allows me to do that. It's a quality product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an adjustable desk frame.

Overall I like this desk, it's super sturdy. However the crank is small and it takes 125 passes (yes I counted - was too curious) to go from a sitting to a standing desk for a 5'5 person.

Very sturdy at full height with 3 large monitors on a hardwood top from Ikea (about 30x60"). I stand at it all day raised almost fully. I am 6'1". Very happy with the stability, which was my most significant concern. No issue with foot adjustments. Assembly was straightforward and easy. The aluminum rod that connects the cranking mechanisms side to side struck me as a potential weakness when I rounded one of the hex heads, but this was anticipated by the manufacturer with an additional pair of set screws. Lesson learned and not a problem.

I'm sure this frame is perfectly fine, but it isn't what I ordered. I ordered an item with a top, a different description, and multiple pictures. What I received is a frame that I never would have ordered on it's own, in addition to a singular image that I've never seen when I open the link to the item. All I wanted was a standing desk and a decent delivery time. I received neither.

It is as advertised. Crossbars, base, and all parts are made of heavy steel. Heavier than I anticipated, which I presume will mean years of good life. I have installed this in my home office, where I work 1-2 days a week, plus additional hours on other days. It took me about 1.5 hours to fully assemble it. The base itself was straightforward to put together. I decided to attach my old desktop to the base, though. Because the crossbar on the base is right under the tabletop and goes through the middle of the table (lengthwise), I had to adjust my keyboard tray to have enough clearance for the back-and-forth track. Also, attaching the actual desktop was a little tricky because you need to work with the screws at a distance (I used a one inch extender with my electric screwdriver and, after figuring out the positioning, it went very quickly). The base is hand cranked. This means about a minute to put it up or down, with some additional exercise for your arm. This works for me, I have been going back and forth once or twice a day. The height range is great. I am 6'2" and it has helped me adjust the desk to properly type/work while sitting and standing. So far, I am liking this very much.

Was sturdy and worked well once they sent me the correct parts. Specifically bought this instead of an electric motor standing desk because I thought it would last longer. No luck there. Would not buy again.

Works good and its easy to assemble. Saved me money and I was able to put my own top on the desk. The ability to adjust the width was an awesome feature.
