The beans seem fresh. They are moist and there is no mold or problems. They seem quality and the price was good, so I will continue to buy this brand. I'm making vanilla extract with this. So far, so good! I cut the beans up and put them into a glass jar with vodka. You need to keep it away from light in a dark, cool place. After just a few days it's already becoming brown as it should. I guess you shake daily for 3 months to 1 year for the best flavor. It's a much better value than buying the other brands as they are tiny and watery and like $10 for a tiny bit.

Smells delicious just as the cellar describes. Oh, my goodness, these vanilla beans taste. So good in ice cream and the coffee that I make every morning. Yes, amazing, definitely worth the price.

Would definitely purchase again as I read the reviews and was a bit curious about the size, strength and value for my money ~ well I will definitely purchase again they are a bit short 5”-7” but the width is good and very plump. They are not dry as they are sealed in vacuum sealing kit so therefore they will be flattened but I made vanilla extract and set up for subscribe and save to have them for baking.

Like this product very much. I have bought it several times. I will buy it again. Not very many, 6-8, but compares to other brands, since everything keeps going up. Will buy again. I make my own vanilla extract. Works great. I even cut the bean open and scrape it out for batter and cookies. I haven't done that much but will continue as I love cooking and baking. The beans are filled with moisture, not dried out. They are a trust worthy brand. Love cooking and have used in everything I can. I like to experiment in cooking. I use Lavender and Vanilla in everything. love this product.

These Vanilla Beans are great, they have a great vanilla aroma and I am using to make homemade vanilla extract. It taste great.

The vanilla beans I received were wrapped in a vacuum sealed package. Gentle squeezing of the package showed the beans to be moist and plump. This was reinforced when I removed the beans from the package. I am using these to make vanilla extract. Cutting into the beans was akin to cutting into a slice of meat. They were tender with a bit of juice naturally emanating from the skin with that strong vanilla scent.

These are very good quality Grade A vanilla beans. I used them to make some vanilla extract. They came very hydrated,a nd ready to use! I will buy them again.
