I used to have a company come out and spray my house and lawn for bugs. It worked great, but it was $130 every 2 months. So, i started asking for invoices and kept track of what they were using. About 90% of the time, they were using Bifen IT liquid and this granular (for the lawn). So i canceled my contract with them and ordered this instead. Between this and the Bifen IT liquid, i am now spending about $80 per YEAR. For a normal sized house, i think this BIfen granular will last you about 1 season. I took over doing it myself about 2 years ago and we still have not seen a single spider inside or even on the house outside, and no ants inside our home, so it works brilliantly. I do, however, spray my house and use this granular once a month in the warm weather months, just because...Why not? Buy this and the liquid, do it yourself, and you won't regret it.

I ordered this to rid my yard of millipedes. It seems to be working after multiple applications. Has reduced the amount coming out by 95%. Every thing else I have tried doesn’t work. Dang millipedes are tough critters.

I am very impressed how well this product works. I had big black ants, big red fire ants and little tiny ants that were taking over my yard, they were getting into my house and even bit my dog a few times. I used a spreader all around my fencing and my RV, watered it all down and within minutes they all started leaving. I haven’t seen 1 ant anywhere since I’ve done this and it has been at least a week. I highly recommend this product

Great product! Works on all kind of insects. I broadcast yard and around structures for all insect control.

Works really well -- I had spiders, mosquitoes/flies, and fire ant colonies in multiple places in my back yard. After applying this, the problem is over -- no smell or whatsoever, and very easy to apply. However, it seems that it contaminates the soil for a while (I haven't paid attention to that as I wasn't planning to plant anything at that time) -- so, you may consider this as a warning to be more careful about where or how much you will use it.
