does it leave an oleophobic coating?

It dries instantly...I never noticed any type of film or coating but even after it dries, I use another cloth to wipe it again.

I sprayed on keyboard and dried it 1 key sticking how to fix thatTIA?

Depending on the keyboard you may be able to pop the key off and clean under it. The solution has nothing in it that is sticky. Please call Customer Support if you need further help. The number is on the Bottle.
