Its the best protected frame I've ever received. Beautifully, elegantly stated. Just make sure that BEFORE you attempt to install your photo, or other, that you return to their Description page and *carefully* read the install instructions until you "get it". I didn't and had a Heck of a time with 2 of the 4 I've purchased. I am stubborn and almost gave up (or accidentally broke) and returned all of them. It's not "easy to slide out" the 2 pieces of glass----that's because it's not how its built. It was how I misinterpreted the frame structure by simply looking at it/them. To install your photo you need only to slide out 1 piece of "glass" located in the back part of the frame. Once I figured it out -by reading the ONLY Instructions written for these frames para 3 in the Description Page, my photos and a poem written by my mother decades ago, were a simple install. They even leave 4 ,thin but strong enough, little sticky square pieces on the interior of the back piece which helps to stabilize the photo so the back piece can be slid back into placement. Done correctly, VOILA! I have a lovely display. I've reviewed these frames in prior statements incorrectly, and unfairly. fair Reviews. I'm here today to correct my written out frustrations and change tge 2 Star Rating t 5 stars. BTW, the Seller and I have never comminicated- they have nothing to do with my Updated Correction. Except for a defect in the Silver fcolored fame (prob.caused by another customer) which zi returned, Ive purchased 3-4 others in Gold, Rose Gold, and in the 2 displayable positions, Horizontal and Vertical. That said, these are very nice, simplistic yet elegant, frames. I would advise that you keep the displayed item in a stable, suitable place that cant be bumped into nor grabbed by children. Although stable the stand is a bit narrow but, luckily for me with problematic hands, it's stiff to prevent an accidentally forced opened position. Otherwise I suspect it would comprimise the stand into a flattened position. NOTE TO Manufacturer or Seller: Since there are no written instructions included inside the box frames, at least include a diagram. Thanks. A 👍 from Boston.

I was concerned about all the problems people had putting in the picture . I used latex gloves to help me get a good grip on the glass to slide off the back and not get finger prints on it . I used the paper that comes inside the frame by taping my picture to it , since the paper is already centered. With patience it can be done and took me 2 minutes. Just push back in gently. Great quality frame.

I love this frame! It’s absolutely stunning. It looks like something you’d get from Crate & Barrel - amazing quality. The glass was very easy to slide out and the frame is sturdy. My only complaint is that the gold is warmer than I was expecting and a bit darker than my other gold decor, but the frame is just so beautiful that it’s easy for me to overlook. I definitely recommend this frame! It would make a fantastic gift!

It’s more of a rose gold than a gold. I wish I could stand it horizontally but it only works best as a vertical frame. Love the sleek and modern design. Overall- it’s very beautiful!

Bought a couple of these for signs for my wedding, they’re perfect, just like the picture! The size of the frames is a little bigger than the picture you put in it so it leaves a little clear around the picture which I like. I also dropped the package pretty hard when I brought it in (clumsy) but they were packaged soo well in bubble wrap and several layers of cardboard that they didnt break!

Great quality frame, real metal, real glass. Just fyi, this is for a mantelpiece only, it cannot be hung on a wall.

I highly recommend these photo frames to anyone who is on the fence about buying them! I, too, was skeptical at first but as soon as I received the package, I was immediately in love! The frames are very beautiful. The gold color is elegant and the frame itself works well & is also sturdy. It looks and feels expensive. In terms of usage (putting a photo in the frame) was not the easiest, but still manageable. I read 1-star reviews left by other buyers -- it looked like most of the low ratings came from how difficult it was to use the frame. Even though I had the same struggles as those buyers (the glasses are too tightly fit, the photo is hard to align, and it's easy to leave fingerprints during this process) I still have to give this product 5 stars!!!! Because, with a bit of patience and little tricks, you can certainly have a gorgeous-looking frame with a photo perfectly aligned in between the two pieces of glass. What I did was -- I used a lens cleaner (you can use a normal window cleaner too) to wipe off all the fingerprints and dust. Then, while handling the glass or the frame itself, I made sure to only hold them by the edges (yes, that can be difficult, but it's doable). To align the photo, I do think it's necessary to use a little piece of tape to secure the photo to the back piece of glass. Once I did that, the photo was perfectly in the center of the frame, as well as stayed up without falling down. I absolutely LOVE these frames and would buy from them again!

I ordered this frame for my wedding day to hold a sign and I was extremely happy. Its gorgeous. The frame is larger than 8by11 so you can some room still from your picture/sign to the frame. It makes it look very classy. The gold on the frame is not a cheap yellow color, instead of it's a beautiful rich gold that is perfect! To top it off, it was wrapped extremely well with multiple layers for the glass not to break while being delivered. Extremely impressed!!

Great quality, out of any frames I have purchased - this is best quality. No rusting/imperfections on the actual frame, and has a good support arm (not flimsy).
