You can make a wood target for shuriken. Buy a 4x4 board. Cut it into 2 inch thick slices. Glue them together side to side. Then frame that with 1x3 wood strapping. Done.

Does this target have the same dimensions

Same dimensions as what ? It gives bag dimensions and target is standard size. Very nice and tough. Field points are kinda tough to get out but very nice and durable. I use a wheel dont leave mine out side but shot it for about 4 years and still very good shape. Just getn broke in.

What size trash bag could cover this target? Freezing rain ruined my last one.

The target measures 29 inches long, 14 inches wide, and 31 inches tall. You would have to use a 55-gallon trash bag or tarp it. Or you could bring it in a store it for the winter. The sun eventually eats everything up.
