It definitely keeps you from sleeping on your back. I gave it a 5 because it does what it says it does. However, the shoulder straps do not stay on too snug. I don’t really mind though because I think the strap that really matters is the waist strap and that stays on well. You definitely look ridiculous to your spouse but it’s worth it. Only been a few days so far so good. The only real issue that I’ve been having getting adjusted is I keep getting cramps from the inner thighs because I’m guessing I’m not moving at all anymore in the night, hopefully they go away eventually.

I used it for a few weeks but it’s just not comfortable. I did feel like it helped shift me to side sleeping when I used it though.

MISLABELED Three times. Large air bag. But the label on the outside says small. Unless you want to squish a large one in a small backpack it will fold and the folded corners will leak air. Three strikes you’re out

Acheté en secours pour remplacer le ballon dans le sac à dos. Le système sac à dos donctionne très bien pour l'apnée mais le ballon se dégonfle tous les jours un peu. J'ai donc acheté celui là en secours

Ballon vendu seul. Ce n’étais pas mon attente. Je pensais qu’il y avait aussi le harnais comme sur la photo. C’était pour un usage médical : position sur le côté pour lutter contre l’apnée du sommeil. Du coup, ballon renvoyé.
