Beautiful bright green pistachio slivers. Lovely taste and crunch. Great for decorating and adding texture to bakes. You will lose colour when baked so use whole or ground in baking and use these beautiful bright slivers for a colour punch. They are expensive so I don't waste them where the colour won't be seen. But don't keep them in a cupboard and forget about them. I add them to homemade granola, porridge, as well as scattering on both sweet and savory foods. They look great on pilau rice too.

I ordered these to make a pistachio baklava cheesecake for my girlfriends birthday cake and they were excellent 👌🏼 reasonably priced, taste great and lovely vibrant colour.

I wanted pistachios for sprinkling on desert and couldn't find any that were as bright and green as these ones. Very good quality and would definitely order again.

Arrived early, packaged well. The reason for 3 stars is the appearance, no where near as vibrant as the picture, I understand in nature there will be variations but very disappointing.
