DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TACKLE SHACK
DO NOT BUY anything from Tackle Shack. When this product arrived at my home it was in a box with no padding or separation of any to the parts enclosed in the box. So I opened the box to see it. This product is not what I believed it to be from the advertisement and is of no use to me. I requested a refund and return label from amazon. Tackle Shack response was " I can offer you to return the item for a 25% restocking fee if the item is unopened and 40% restocking fee for an opened item"Why should I have to pay 25%? How are you to know if it is the correct item unless you look at it?Why should I have to pay 40% of the price of this item, when all the items were just thrown in the Box? That enables Tackle Shack to get it back, re-tape the box and sell it again. They shipped it to me just thrown in the box. Why should I pay ?I think amazon should discontinue selling products through Tackle Shack.Of all the business I have done through amazon I should be able to return this item back and get a full refund.
