These are delicious. They are big but very easy to chew and tasty like a big orange love heart ! Definitely recommended

Not what I expected. Thought they would be soft but they are solid but still chewable so easy to swallow. Decent orangey taste. Decent price for a year's worth.

I have only had these a few days so can't comment on their benefits, but really can't take any more due to the bitter taste, I read reviews that said some people enjoyed the taste so might just be personal preference I gave my partner one to try and he had same reaction as me so sorry won't be returning customer for these, However they arrived on time and price was good.
