I purchased these for a gift. It was received with wonder, since they never heard of Himalayan salt. Yes it is real salt, and its pink. Perfectly edible. It's a great gift idea, for those who like to cook. These are large containers and worth the money.

These are always my go-to. I love fresh spices that I can grind as needed. The quality is good, and they work well in my grinder. The salt has a good flavor, and the colors are vibrant. I'll be buying these again.

I opened the black pepper and wow! It had such a strong "fresh" smell! Most peppercorns I opened were just so and so but this one smells amazing. The flavor was perfect.
