Application on throat, chest and back, even behind and around the ears, really helps relieve congestion and gives a sound sleep during cold symptoms, not allergic or harsh on skin. Can use multiple times during the day, pretty effective if the cold symptoms aren't too severe and there is no fever. Still along with medication , in such severe cases, this has a soothing effect.
