Buy the chair!
Chair is just as advertised and the delivery was a breeze. The handle is a little stiff like another review I read, but we bought a handle extender and it made it where anyone (child - older adult) can use the footrest.

NOT original LANE Furniture quality.
Not the quality of LANE making chair. I bought/owned the same recliner purchased in 2007, when LANE manufactured it. It lasted for 12 years, I lived in the recliner due to many orthopedic issues and it was a fantastic chair for comfort & quality & durability. I paid $900.00 for it from a furniture store back then and they delivered it. This chair will not last nearly as long and cost $700.00 more than in 2007. The bottom cushion already shows body forming cushion ( leg & butt imprints ), after 10 weeks. When reclining, there is an open/empty void of cushion in space between back cushion and bottom cushion- thus having an open air space that is very annoying. The one made by LANE had this space cushioned. I was going to buy a second of these chairs while I can get what I wanted to be 2007 version of chair but as I have this one and see quality/manufacturing differences, I will not order a second one. BE AWARE- As mentioned and CLEARLY STATED in description, delivery is to curb, you MUST handle from that point into your home.

Doesn’t last despite being spec’ed as suitable for 500 lbs!
The chair really does not support a larger man (says 500 lbs… I’m 330 lbs). Had this chair for less than 3 years before it failed. The 9 Coil Spring Box failed! Two out of three of the long spring steel supports snapped from normal use. I never “plopped” into the chair in a manner that should have caused damage. The replacement part can be found here on Amazon if you search for “9 Coil Spring Box for All Lane Comfort King Recliners”. It’s $250 , and my local furniture repair wanted another $250 to perform the replacement! Buyer beware!

The perfect recliner for the truely big and tall guy
I am 6'9" and 300lbs and this chair is the perfect fit for someone of my stature. My feet just comfortably reach the floor, my butt just reaches the back and the backrest actually provides neck support when sitting upright. When reclining the footrest supports my legs all the way out to my ankles. Some reviewers have complained that the lever is hard to work but I don't find that to be true at all. The lever action to deploy the footrest is smooth and easy. It would perhaps be hard to reach for someone who is not very tall but then this is probably not the chair for you. I had one of these recliners from Lane in my house that was lost in the Eaton fire and had to replace it for the new house. I am so happy that Stallion took up production of these chairs when Lane went out of business (?). The photo shows the Stallion chair alongside the other recliner I have for average size people.

Man's recliner
Excellent chair, exceeds all my expectations. Easy to put together and operate. Seems like very heavy duty. Time will tell on longevity.

Well built chair
This is the third big man chair my dad has had over the past 12 years or so. He’s a big guy that’s unable to lay prone, so his chair gets a lot of use. These are well made and shipped very well to avoid damage. The fabric is soft and is easy to clean with a spot bot if needed. The freight company had EXCELLENT customer service, by the way!

Love the chair
I like that this Is very well made! And reasonable price! I dislike the fact I had front door delivery and they only had one person to deliver my chair had to help the delivery person get up to my door!
