Pressure pump controller
I have installed this automatic pump controller in my house through a plumber. Now and then it was giving problem. it was working intermittently. Many times I had to reset the controller. One day I opened the controller and cleaned the diaphragm (pressure sensor) made of rubber. Now it is working ok.

Warranty issue
Product is not working properly, pump is getting shut automatically but not getting restart even after pressure drop . Is there any chance to get the replacement.

This automatic pump controller is a boon for low overhead tank.
This is a pressure boosting pump. It automatically cuts in when water pressure in the pipe falls upon opening taps and cuts off the pump when is not required to run.

The controller not working
The CRI automatic pump control is not working properly, on contacting the CRI customer care , I was told that they will not provide service for this product as this has been purchased on Amazon platform, and that they Amazon would arrange the replacement or resolution, it was just installed three days back, pls help, I’ve been trying to contact the customer care of Amazon but there seems no support team or number available

Shopped around locally before ordering on Amazon. The product was not readily available and the price quoted was higher. The delivery time was a factor, but the limited availability of the product locally, swung the decision for an online purchase. The installation was simple and ia worth the buy
