Great little kitchen knife at a great price. Easy to sharpen and stays sharp reasonably long. Slightly longer than the other paring knives makes this useful as a utility kitchen knife. Lightweight and easy to use for long periods.

I wanted to share my positive experience with this knife. It's truly exceptional and incredibly sharp, making quick work of slicing through various meats. I've had the opportunity to use it multiple times now, and I'm consistently impressed with its performance. Beyond its sharpness, it feels very sturdy and well-made, which adds to its overall impressive quality. I'm really pleased with this product.

I’m a fan of victorinox knives. They stay sharp for a long time. A little harder to resharpen on my Work Sharp precision Adjust but once you get the angle perfect that first time it’s easy to touch up. Sharpest knives I have.

Sharp and works well. The handle construction is just cheap lightweight plastic. The actual blade is sharp and the shape of the blade is conducive to sharp efficient cutting. Unironically would be a good shanking tool in prison or something.

it works very well with its thin blade and its sharpness, haven't had it long enough to give a long term review but for the price we are very pleased with the knife

I love my Victorinox brand kitchen knives. These paring knives are so handy and the are my choice for steak knives too. They aren't ideal steak knives if you like a well done steak with a crust, though Victorinox steak knives would be. But I use my paring knives alot and they work very well for me. I hand wash all my kitchen knives, so I don't know how well the do in the dishwasher personally. On a side note I did see a test kitchen video where at least one of the Victorinox knives they were comparing against other knives of the same category and the Victorinox knife was their pick and was highly praised. Anyway it was well worth the money in my opinion. I hope this helps.

SCAM the blade is only 8 cm. This knife is being sold for 49 AED. While I bought another Victorinox paring 8 cm blade also through Amazon for only 19 AED and they are both the exact same size. I feel cheated, I'm not sure if they sent an 8 cm by mistake or it was all planned.
