Westcott 8-Inch Titanium Bonded Scissors for Home, Office, and Classroom - Perfect for Cutting Paper, Sewing, and Crafts - Heavy-Duty Design with Soft Handle - Gray/Yellow - 4-Pack

These scissors are excellent! They feel sturdy and well-made, and the blades are very sharp right out of the package. They cut through paper, fabric, and craft materials smoothly without much effort. The 8-inch size is comfortable to handle, and the titanium-bonded blades are a great feature. Perfect for everyday use at home, the office, or for crafts. Definitely a 5-star purchase!

I bought these scissors mainly for building plastic models, and they work very well. The blades are very sharp and make clean cuts on tape, decals, packaging, and other hobby materials. They feel comfortable to hold and are easy to control for detailed work. The titanium coating also seems durable. Overall, this is a great pair of scissors for everyday use and hobby projects. I would buy them again.

Just what I needed for around the house! Not super heavy-weight but stable, sharp, and have worked well on anything from paper to fabric. No complaints at all!

Sharp scissors that can actually glide through paper, probably wouldn't use these for cardboard or anything too rigid as titanium can be a pain to sharpen, but if you want a pair of decent scissors that will hold their sharpness assuming you don't abuse them too much, these fit the bill.

Very effective scissors. Cut easily through paper and plastic wrapping.

I recently picked up the Westcott 8-Inch Titanium Bonded Scissors on Amazon, and overall they’re okay — especially if you need a pair for general light use around the house, office, or classroom. The titanium-bonded blades feel sharp enough for cutting paper, light cardboard, fabric, and tags, and they seem to hold up well so far. They cut smoothly and I haven’t noticed any snags or awkward pulls, which makes everyday tasks quick and hassle-free. That said, these aren’t heavy-duty scissors by any stretch. Don’t expect them to tackle thick plastic, heavy cardboard, or tougher DIY materials — you’ll quickly feel their limits. The grip is comfortable enough for casual use, but after extended cutting sessions your hand might start to tire. In short: if you want an affordable, reliable pair for everyday light tasks, these get the job done. Just don’t expect pro-level performance or durability for heavier projects.

Perfect for in the junk drawer. Put one in the toolbox too. Great size, seems sharp enough.

I have bought other brands and the blade loses it edge quickly. I like the Westcott due to a good cutting edge that lasts and the grip is comfortable, very easy to use. I picked them for the colors so I am happy with the appearance. This set was good value for the money in my opinion and I have various uses for each one.

2nd purchase - can't have too many scissors. The 1st order scissors (same brand, same model) were/are great - no problems - remained sharp. Buying 4 was much more economical. Highly recommended. - UPDATE: 2 of the scissors have failed - the plastic around the joint between the 2 halves has disintegrated and broken off so the screw no longer hold the two blades together. I no longer recommend this brand as it is just a relatively short time before they will all fail - DO NOT BUY - TERRIBLE DESIGN!!

Very good quality and durable scissors. They are also comfortable to the hand.

Great scissors, and good price for four pairs.

I bought this pack of scissors and put them around different places in my house so I always have a sharp pair of scissors nearby. Happy with my purchase.
